It depends on size, design, finishes, building system and your lot. Site work like fill, elevation, well and septic can vary widely by area. Our smaller models start at $145,000 before lot-specific costs, and every custom home gets a written, lot-specific estimate.
Can you build on land I already own?
Yes. Most of our custom homes are built on the owner’s lot. Send us the address and we’ll review it before you pay for design.
Do you build outside Southwest Florida?
Yes. As a state certified general contractor, we can build anywhere in Florida, and we serve every county south of Ocala.
How long does a custom home take?
Permitting and site work set much of the timeline. Panelized and concrete systems can shorten construction once permits are in hand. We’ll give you a schedule with your estimate.
