Built for Flood and Wind

We build with insulated concrete forms, 3D concrete printing and structural insulated panels. These systems resist wind and moisture better than standard wood framing and lower your energy bills.
Repair or Rebuild?
If your home was damaged, FEMA’s “substantial damage” rule may apply. When repair costs reach 50% of the structure’s market value, the whole home usually has to be brought up to current flood standards.
