Elevation, Flood Zones and the 50% Rule
Much of coastal Naples is in AE and VE flood zones. If a damaged home’s repair costs reach about 50% of its market value, it generally has to be elevated or rebuilt to current standards. We help owners compare repair, elevation and new construction, and we work with the City of Naples or Collier County on permits.
