Permits Across Several Jurisdictions
Lee County has several separate building departments: unincorporated Lee County, the cities of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs and Sanibel, the Village of Estero and the Town of Fort Myers Beach. Each has its own review process and flood-zone requirements. We know which office covers your parcel and handle permitting from submittal through final inspection.
