AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Miniopolis LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida (License No. CGC 1531810). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all website visitors, prospective clients, and current clients of Miniopolis LLC.

ABOUT MINIOPOLIS LLC

Miniopolis LLC is a licensed general contractor operating in the State of Florida. Our Florida Contractor License Number is CGC 1531810. We are authorized to perform construction, renovation, repair, and related contracting services in accordance with Florida Statute Chapter 489 and all applicable state and local building codes and regulations.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

Permitted Use: You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about our services, requesting estimates, and communicating with our team.

Prohibited Use: You may not use our website to:

– Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
– Transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content

CONTRACTOR SERVICES — GENERAL TERMS

All construction, renovation, remodeling, and contracting services provided by Miniopolis LLC are subject to a separate written contract executed between Miniopolis LLC and the client prior to the commencement of any work. The following general terms apply to all services:

Licensing and Compliance: All work performed by Miniopolis LLC is conducted in accordance with our Florida General Contractor License No. CGC 1531810 and in compliance with the Florida Building Code, applicable local ordinances, and all other relevant laws and regulations.

Permits: Miniopolis LLC will obtain all required building permits for contracted work as required by Florida law. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and will be disclosed in the project contract.

Estimates and Quotes: Any estimate or quote provided by Miniopolis LLC is an approximation based on the information available at the time of the estimate. A formal written contract will specify the final agreed-upon price and scope of work.

Changes to Scope of Work: Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work begins. Verbal agreements for changes are not binding on Miniopolis LLC.

Payment Terms: Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and final payment terms will be set forth in your written contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of work and may entitle Miniopolis LLC to exercise lien rights under Florida’s Construction Lien Law (Florida Statute Chapter 713).

Florida Construction Lien Law Notice: UNDER FLORIDA’S CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW (SECTIONS 713.001-713.37, FLORIDA STATUTES), THOSE WHO WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY OR PROVIDE MATERIALS AND SERVICES AND ARE NOT PAID IN FULL HAVE A RIGHT TO ENFORCE THEIR CLAIM FOR PAYMENT AGAINST YOUR PROPERTY. THIS CLAIM IS KNOWN AS A CONSTRUCTION LIEN. IF YOUR CONTRACTOR OR A SUBCONTRACTOR FAILS TO PAY SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR LABORERS, OR IF THEY FAIL TO MAKE OTHER LEGALLY REQUIRED PAYMENTS, THE PEOPLE WHO ARE OWED MONEY MAY LOOK TO YOUR PROPERTY FOR PAYMENT, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID YOUR CONTRACTOR IN FULL. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CONTRACT FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF.

Workmanship Warranty: Miniopolis LLC warrants that all work performed will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be detailed in your written contract. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, or acts of nature.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, photographs, project portfolios, and design elements, is the property of Miniopolis LLC or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes.

FLORIDA-SPECIFIC CONSUMER RIGHTS

As a consumer in the State of Florida, you may have rights under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Florida Statute Chapter 501, and other applicable consumer protection statutes. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights you may have under applicable Florida law.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed written contract between you and Miniopolis LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of this website and our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
