Our tiny homes sit on permanent foundations and are permitted and inspected like any other house. We build them with SIPs, ICF or 3D-printed concrete. That gives you a tight, efficient shell that’s comfortable in Tampa summers and built to Florida’s wind codes.
Where Tiny Homes Are Allowed
Each city and county in Tampa Bay sets its own rules on minimum home size, ADUs and lot requirements. Some infill lots and rural parcels in Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk are a great fit. Some neighborhoods are not. We check your property’s zoning first, or help you find land that works.
