Brian Sodre is the founder and general contractor of Miniopolis LLC, the Fort Myers–based Florida certified general contractor (CGC1531810) behind the company’s tiny homes, custom homes and concrete construction.
Building Differently
Brian started Miniopolis to make housing more attainable and more resilient. Under his leadership, the company builds with modern systems instead of relying only on conventional wood framing:
- 3D concrete printing (3DCP) for strong, low-waste concrete walls
- Insulated concrete forms (ICF) for hurricane-resistant, energy-efficient homes
- Structural insulated panels (SIPs) for fast, airtight construction

Brian’s focus includes affordable and workforce housing and government contracting: projects that put efficient, storm-ready homes within reach for more Florida families. Miniopolis builds everything from tiny homes and ADUs to custom homes, spec homes and commercial buildings across Florida south of Ocala.

Brian also created ApprovAI, an AI-powered plan review and code-compliance assistant that helps builders, designers and owners catch issues before they submit for permits.
