Much of Bonita’s back-bay water is shallow and very tidal. That affects dock length, lift placement and what boats a property can realistically handle. Our partners check water depths and site conditions before design, so your dock works at low tide, not just on paper.
Permits and Environmental Review
Work in and near Estero Bay and the Imperial River can require City of Bonita Springs approval plus state and federal environmental permits, especially near mangroves and seagrass. Our marine partners handle these permits. We coordinate them with any home permits on the same property.
